"The Manager Susan at Portraits was BEYOND rude! We had made an appt for 12:15. We got there at 12 and was told they were a little beyond NOT AN HOUR AND HALF BEYOND. We had 3 children with us (7,5 & 1). No one gave us any updates, other people who came in after us was going before us. Towards the end of our session (that was rushed), Susan decided to take it upon herself to start changing the background before we were finished. As I waited there for our pictures to be able to be reviewed, Susan was working with another family and was just rude to them & pulling the little girls legs out when the little girl didn't understand the pose. The only person who was nice and helped us out was Stephanie. She took our photos and helped us look at them! Big shout out to her! If it wasn't for her being so nice we probably wouldn't have bought any of the pictures!! If I could give it one start I would. I will NOT return to this location!"

"Very disappointed with this JCPenney location. When I went they didn't have any great deals. The only sizes I could find were large and extra large. Their selection at this JCPenney was horrible. I will not be coming back to this JCPenney location."

"THE PHOTOGRAPHY STUDIO IS NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY. I went to have my sons pictures taken today for his second birthday and we scheduled an appointment for 5:30 were told to be early so we arrived at 5:15 and waited until after 6:00 and when my 2 year old was over sitting still because we had been there for over an hour at this point he was bawling his eyes out and throwing himself on the floor like a 2 year old does when they are forced to wait and while I was trying to calm him down the photographer was repeatedly telling me to have him stand up like I wasn’t actively trying and my mom offered to stand behind her so he was looking at a familiar face she very rudely said no then after all this I called “customer support” and they felt the need to ask why my 2 YEAR OLD was being so mean. Needless to say I will never be spending a single dollar again at this store or any of their locations again since their customer support seems to offer no solutions except making fun of a toddler"
