"WARNING TO MCS SUFFERERS: DO NOT go to this Macy's!! Wherein other locations keep perfumes in one area, this one reeks of perfumes and colognes at every entrance making it EXTREMELY UNSAFE for multiple chemical sensitivity sufferers!! This is a HUGE DANGER to employees who are exposed to these toxic chemicals all day and night!! I sincerely hope Macy's management reads this and makes the changes needed before employees get sicker, and to create a safe space for shoppers!"
"This review is based only on macys price adjustment policy. I spent a few thousand dollars on macys items between November and December. 75% of items were purchased online. During one of Macy's sales in December, I noticed several items I purchased within a week had gone on sale. I called Macy's, stayed on hold for over 45 min. Once connected with a person they agreed to refund me over $70. The only issue was a few of the items had not yet been delivered so they could only refund me on the items I had already received. Ok. Understandable. After I received the items, the items were no longer on sale and they would now go back saying they would not refund me because the sale is over. Bad business. Bye bye macys! Nordstrom is so much better anyways. Just wish there was one closer to me."
