He knew I was working on my car on my own, that I didn't know much and that I had a limited budget - yet everytime I would call him and explain the problem I was stuck on, he would always listen to me carefully and then provide excellent suggestions and solutions to try that turned out to be right on the money, EVERTIME! Each time I'd get stuck, I'd call, expecting to be at the end of my capabilities, and he'd give me yet another great trick to try and it would work! Finally, when i did get to the point where I could go no further, and needed some professional work, he got me right down to him, he looked it over for no cost or obligation, suggested a fair price and when I picked it up a few days later he had even welded my broken muffler back together AND fixed my trunk (NO COST!). This man litterally saved me hundreds of dollars, time, and hassle.
