"SCAM ALERT. This tow company will do everything in their power to scam you. They never answer their listed phone number that is on their sign out front, and on their website. You are not able to leave a message either. They do this to make it difficult for the insurance company to get ahold of them so can sit on your car a little longer and charge you 50 dollars a day. They have a separate phone number and that is not listed anywhere and they only give it out if asked. I have never had work done here but if they do shifty business like that I could only imagine what they do on the mechanic side of things. I would not recommend this company to anyone."

"I was visiting the Brownfield area for an overnight visit. Live 3.5 hours away. I had to leave at 5am on Sunday morning. Truck wouldn’t turn over.. starter was shot. I tried my roadside assistance # and they sent someone else who tried to get it started but couldn’t. He recommended Rick Emery. I called, left a vm. He called back and was there within an hour. Again, early on a Sunday morning. Diagnosed the starter, went and got the part, returned and replaced it. Charged me a reasonable rate. Nice guy."
