"My interaction with Black Bear Mobile Maintenance was excellent. I had a Tractor down and would not start. I contacted via Email over the weekend and was surprised to get an immediate response. John came out a diagnosed my machine and told me the issue. John told me he could fix it onsite or take it back to his shop where the labor intensive fix would be less money. John knew the overall repair was pricey and made me aware part cost and labor. He told me how to fix if I wanted but I chose to have him grab the tractor. When all was said and done... John came back with a tractor starting better than ever and the cost for towing and labor came in much less than expected. Black Bear allowed me to source the parts. The communication with Black Bear Mobile Maintenance was outstanding from the beginning. I have already shared this company with friends."
