"Hey, we got problems here. We're small business owners too, and we all deserve to be cut some slack because staffing is tough, but this guy can't tell the truth to save his life. Different story every time. We now have two vehicles that can't be repaired because when he explained everything to us he wasn't honest about what he understood in the directions, and now the vehicle warranties are voided so GM won't fix them. And then the dealer tells us how many other customers he's had who also used this joker and wrecked their systems, so obviously he knew this issue was present. He just sold us a snake oil song one day to make some quick bucks, and I admit we fell for it, but then he went back on his word about guaranteeing his work and not stopping until the job was done right. And he's already done this to other customers! BE CAREFUL WITH THIS GUY."
