"I took an old Subaru Outback to them in 2018 for a fluid flush and to reseal the pan and change filters. The guy said ‘there’s alot of metal on the magnet sell it quick.’ I was not happy because if I wanted to sell the car I wouldn’t have spent $250 on the work. It was obvious he didn’t want to bother with a car worth $1500. 2 years later I dropped the pan because it was leaking. The seal was very poorly done and there were loose and broken bolts. The magnet had so much gunk around it that it was obvious Limerick transmission never touched anything. I’m pretty sure I was charged and no work was done. Just because a customer has a junky old car and not much money doesn’t mean they don’t deserve good service. And by the way, the transmission had worked fine for 50000 miles after I was told to ‘sell it quick’. I’m going to get a rebuild done but Limerick Transmission won’t be getting my business."

"I have brought one car and one truck here in the last few years. Both times they smoked the entire time they were working on it and I have had to pay a lot of money to completely clean the cars, I am a non smoker, my wife would not ride in the car it was such a strong smell months after the job. Their work is great, but I don’t think I will visit this business again until they change their bizarre behavior."

"Less than 2 years, and less than 20k miles, the transmission in my truck has failed. I video-recorded myself checking the fluid before I brought it to them, the fluid level was actually high. They called me 2 weeks after I dropped it off to claim the fluid was 3 quarts low (LIE) and it would not be covered. And a "by the way the owner is out of state take it up with him." I will be taking them to court. They are liars, and scumbags. BEWARE!!!"
