"It is one of the nicest store front NAPAs in the area, but it is either useless or unhelpful. Went in needing an easy out. Supposedly, they dont carry them, I also needed some bolts. Supposedly, they dont carry those either. However, I saw some in the store front, but I wanted help to confirm the size. Don't go here, unhelpful and useless. Napa online showed they had easyouts but were unwilling to help me. If you don't want business, then close the doors. Don't waste your time going here."

"I understand closing at a certain time. I was waiting for someone all day and finally headed on the road back to Connecticut and needed antifreeze because my radiator was leaking. I had 2 little kids and got to the door literally 3 minutes after 4:00 when they closed. Alls I needed was antifreeze. Now this long trip has gotten longer because I have to go off track to a Walmart to get antifreeze just to make sure I don’t over heat because they couldn’t give me literally 1 minute .."
"I don't want to make this a company-wide profile. Like most places depends on the Personnel in a specific location that makes or breaks the relationship. The stores always been staffed with people that are helpful friendly capable of giving you all the answers you need and suggestions to make your project easier."
