"RUDE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! the cashier tells me he can only process my return as store credit as i do not have the physical paper receipt. i said that's fine !! can you just double check since i have the transaction on my phone (i said this very polite) he looks me up and down and repeats what he said with such a nasty attitude! why is it so hard to just grab ur manager and double check for me?? i had to leave because i was so embarrassed i spend LOTS of money here EVERY weekend. will no longer be back TJMaxx for me SMH."
