"I had a really good experience. The appointment only was great. I needed bindings moved on my Stockli skis. Everywhere else wanted me to drop off, wait 2 weeks or so and then come back to pick them up. And most stores are 30 min plus from me so it would involve 2 X 1 hour round trips. At ski monster I brought my skis, grabbed a sandwich across the street and couldn’t even eat it before my skis were ready. Worked great for me."

"Bought my first AT setup here. Everything went well except I'm kinda tempted to give 4 stars because they didn't have skins for me in stock. Had to order them myself and come back later for cutting. Still, they were pretty friendly and helpful with that process. In the end I don't want to mess up the trend here where almost all reviews are either 5 stars for great service, or 1 star from people sad they don't take walk-ins."

"This is the best winter sports shopping experience I've ever had. Derrick expertly fit me for a whole snowboarding setup with a ton of attention to detail. I have wide feet and he listened carefully and found the perfect boots for me. He also helped me find a board that *does* make turning easier as a beginner, plus bindings I can actually do with my mittens still on. Devon helped me find goggles that have a super wide field of view & fit over my glasses when I can't do contacts, and a pair of midlayer pants that are actually warm so I'm not freezing in my shell. Both of them were super professional, super approachable and a delight to interact with. 100% worth the schlep into Boston from the burbs. I will be back whenever I need anything snowboard/ski related in the future. FYI parking is super easy if you just do the garden garage and walk two blocks."
