We were greeted upon walking in, and were asked what brought us in. We expressed her search for a jacket, and he directed us to the women’s section. He also stated to ask any questions on anything we liked. Sure enough she found something she was interested in. I asked the sales rep Josiah to help tell the benefits and differences of the HH jacket compared to the other one she was interested in.
