"My radio and Bluetooth phone weren't working and I was having a hard time figuring out the problem and finding someone to fix it. I usually go to Newcastle but I had tried them and some other dealers but no help. I went back to Newcastle and was working with the parts department and then Mike in the service department contacted me to find out exactly what was going on and he came through like a champ. He found the part, getting it in before it was expected to be in, getting the jeep in to work on it and turning it around and all at a fair price. My only downside is that the vent to the left of my radio now has a broken slat. I don't know if it was done there but I don't remember that before I brought the Jeep in for service.
