"I want the lady who was working at Sephora at 7:45 pm on 11/30/23 to know that I did in fact notice her following me around the store after I had already purchased what I came to buy and was shopping around for a gift. It was easy to see you because you were speaking to your friend on speaker phone the entire time. If I didn't have a 7am next day flight, I would have returned everything I purchased. You're wildly unprofessional and should focus on your customer service instead of profiling shoppers"

"The store way overpriced. My wife and I went to purchase some jeans well when we went in my wife couldn’t find what she was looking for and either could I! A customer told us she had the same problem as we did. Another customer walked out for the same reason! We will never go back there again. I looked at Amazon and what we purchased at kohls we could get it much cheaper through Amazon then them. I call this store the paycheck store because that’s how expensive it is so stay away from it. I don’t recommend them for nothing no way! Stay away from it!"

"The supply of women's jeans was atrocious. I found only six pairs to try on, and none ended up fitting me. I've never seen such a horrible selection before. I hope I just missed a big sale that explains this. I usually do well here."

"Love the Framingham Kohls. Everyone is always so helpful. Wish the store was big as it used to be so there was even more great stuff in it. Would prefer to buy things at the store and try on, vs guessing sizes on line and needing to return or exchange."

"Really nice store all around. Very clean and organized. They have a lot of options for most people and a lot of home goods too. I got lucky today and met the owner of the store (it would seem) and she was a bit spooked from me taking pictures at first but after explaining to her what was going on, she understood and let me be on my way. Lol Anyways, o got me some black jeans and or out. They’re hiring btw so if you need a job, and this is what you like to do, by all means come on in."
