He wouldn't even make eye contact. They ended up selling me the wrong tool. And wouldn't explain how to use it. Turns out it was a chain breaker which I did not need. they referred me to Google."

"Excellent place to get your bike serviced. I don't have a garage to work on my bike for tuneups. I've dropped off my bikes there for a few years now for routine maintenance (dial in brakes, shifters, replace cables, etc..) They are honest in what they do and do it right. It feels like a brand new bike after I pick it up. Prices are reasonable. Wouldn't hesitate to to use them again. In fact, gonna drop off one of my bikes tomorrow for a spring tune up. If I could give them 10 stars I would."

"Small, independently owned shop. I have brought two bikes to them for service in the last four months, and I was charged so much less than I have been at other stores. Turnaround time was exactly what they told me it would be. Owners are super friendly, did a great job, what else can I say? Highly recommended. Is doesn’t look like they have a ton variety with inventory if you are looking to go shopping, but as with any shop, they have the ability to special order parts you need. If you’re looking to walk into a warehouse with every bike brand and bike toy under the sun this isn’t that place. I’m sure they can order what you need…and they have all the basics, tubes, tires, lubes ect. that you might need in a pinch. Support your locally owned small businesses :)"

"Phenomenal customer service. Because of a shortage on new bikes, I was told up front that it would take about 4 weeks to get to my family's bikes. Everyone was keeping and fixing their current bikes. The area that would normally hold their new inventory was full of bikes waiting to be repaired. That was definitely understandable. When we picked up our bikes, the 5 yr old wisely took it for a spin in their parking lot. They noticed that his seat was too high and couldn't go any lower. So they took the seat back in and cut an inch off the stem. My son had a much easier time riding it. All of our bikes are riding great now."
