"I have been doing business with European Auto Service for years and have found them to be knowledgeable, friendly and thankfully, considerably less expensive than BMW dealerships. Out of curiosity, I was drawn to read a couple of the 1 star reviews and found them to be laughably false and a real negative move on the unhappy ones who didn't receive the results they imagined. One had a history of ten 1 star reviews with various businesses in the area.
