"I'm new to the pool scene and while I've never wanted one, it came with the house. I called Piermarini Pools mainly because they were local and the previous owners used them. Piermarini has been on time when doing an opening/closing, have given me great information whenever I've asked, and always taken care of my needs when I've gone to the store for chemicals and other supplies. As a first time pool owner, my pool has been crystal clear the entire last season and I don't see why it won't be this coming season."

"I've never been in the store but have dealt with one of their employees. Terrible driver. No manners and unsafe loads that were not properly marked. I called made a complaint and have not heard back. I hope that something was done I'd hate to see anyone get hurt because of negligence"
