"This location is a straight shot along Route 20 from their former location in Waltham. The store is well organized with cruising, mountain, and electric bicycles in the front showroom and into the second room. They have accessories ranging from lights, attachments, GPS, and some apparel items. There is also a repair service counter to make adjustments or fixes when needed. The clerks are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful when browsing or looking for something in particular. They have their own parking lot, which makes trips easier, especially when bringing in a bike. While I miss the closer location, this store is still easy to get to and a pleasure to visit."

Unbelievably friendly, and knowledgeable individuals, will happily make the drive to do business with again!"

"**Out-of-this-world customer service** I've been buying bikes from Frank for over 30 years. I was in the market for entry-level mountain bike. After catching up with Frank at his Waltham location, we decided that a Trek Marlin 6 would be the best fit for me. Frank didn't have a size Medium at his shop, so he sent me to his associate Scott at the sudbury location. Scott was expecting me and greeted me nicely. He had Medium Marlin 6's, but the orange one I wanted was unassembled! I was planning on tearing up the Jericho Forest in Weston the next morning so I really wanted the bike today. John was nice enough to put the bike together and have it ready for me that same day! I was blown away. Frank and his associates provide a level of personalized customer service rarely seen today. I won't buy my bikes from anyone else. 5 stars!"
