"This company threatened an individual on an open forum and deleted their comments when things blew up."
"This company basically tried to scare-tactic a user to remove his 3D printed scraper picture on one of the worlds largest forums, claiming it was infringing on their patents. The user they tried to scare just so happened to be a patent attorney who listed a bunch of facts and documents calling their bluff and basically curb stomped them into oblivion so bad the company removed all traces of the matter, and now have all ratings turned off to avoid the brigade. If he thought he had an issue, the smart thing to do would be to call his lawyer or just PM the user directly to discuss, but their attempt to look 'bad and mean' backfired and now they will feel the wrath of the internet.
