"I am from out of town. Needed a tow to get my car to a shop to get a coolant leak fixed. I was able to get my tow in under an hour from our vacation rental. Come to find out that the first shop we towed to couldn't change out the leaking water pump on a VW. I called back for a second tow from the first shop to a second one. Yes, there was a charge, but like half price and they had picked up my car and dropped it at the second shop before I even arrived. I highly recommend!"

"On Saturday 3/14 I was up at my parents place with a few friends. We were out enjoying the day when we attempted to go up to Cathedral Ledge not realizing the gate was closed. We got halfway to the gate when my truck sank in the snow and got completely stuck in about 3 feet of snow. After about an hour of trying to dig it out I called Bob Bryant's Wrecker Service to come and tow me out. The owners Son was first to arrive and couldn't get his flatbed down the road so he then called a friend at Blake Family Roadside Assistance Towing & Recovery to come with a smaller truck. When he got there he got stuck as well. Then the son pulled him out and called his dad who I believe is the owner of Bob Bryant's Wrecker Service who then came down to assist us along with the owner of Blake Family Roadside Assistance Towing & Recovery. I assume it is Bob the owner of Bob Bryant's Wrecker Service. He then called a friend that had a portable winch, and then went and got it. A total of about 4 hours later they came down the trail with the winch and hooked it to my trailer hit receiver and we were then able to hook the winch to my truck battery and use that to get to the parking area. Once we got close the there we then hooked the winch to Bob's truck and Bob's truck was hooked to Blake Family Roadside Assistance's Tow truck who then pulled both of us out at the same time. If it wasn't for their teamwork and dedication of helping others my truck would probably be still stuck on the trail. I was talking to a local and he advised that I was very lucky that they were helping me as last season someones car was stuck on this same road for about 2 months until the snow melted. I can't thank them enough and just hope that this makes it in the paper as the local also told me that most tow companies that go there would take one look at the road and leave not even attempting to help. Not with these two tow companies, they stayed with us until the end to get us out of the woods just as it got dark. I am very greatful to have received such excellent service and teamwork from these guys! I will recommend them over anyone else up there. If this does make it in the paper could I please obtain a copy of the paper as a momento of this day knowing that there are still nice people out there willing to go above and beyond for someone else. If you can't send a copy just let me know when it will be in the paper so that I can be sure my dad gets a copy as he is heading up tomorrow. Thanks again!! Kevin A"
