"This place is a joke. Their way of managing their hours and their facility is running their business to the ground. Their schedules are always changing without notice and they’re always closing abruptly before their posted schedule hours. Their website will say one thing, Google will say another thing, and a piece of paper on their door will say another thing. They have a fast pitch, medium pitch, slow pitch, and softball; the only one currently working is the softball machine which stops throwing balls after 15 pitches. The level of frustration you will go through here is ridiculous and the saddest part is that staff really doesn’t care about fixing their platform. After driving half hour today at 11AM, we arrive to a locked door and a staff member very nonchalantly saying that they’re closed and he points at the sign on the door (the sign was facing the inside and not the outside) that could only be read from inside their facility. Came here for years and brought many people with me but we no longer feel welcome or cared for."
