Easily could have been a ‘sorry you didn’t buy this here can’t help you story’ but that wasn’t the case. I will be back for future purchases."

There were none on the floor and I was about to leave when James, the associate, offered to check the back in case and to my luck they had 8 of what I was looking for. He could have simply let me leave but he went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. Hard to find this kind of top quality service sometimes! Bravo!"

"Got my clubs (11) regripped, new shaft on my 8 iron. The man I talked with the day before was very helpful. The person doing the actual work seemed pleasant enough or this would have been a 1 star. So after spending almost $200 for that, also bought 2 gloves and a hat, I wanted to try my new grips and after 10 minutes, one guy stopped and said we can rent out the bay for 30 minutes. It’s wasn’t busy. Same person seemed to be put out regarding which is the best grip for me when I brought my clubs in. I won’t be going back."
