"WORST company to work for!!! Im sooooo sorry to MY customers that I have tryed for u i hear u i have coice UR VOICE this company is a JOKE period they make u sign up for credit cards an if u don't use it the company closes it with out notice!!!! SAD a assistant manager got more credit card sign ups then the own manager heard many storys she is rude as can be sent me off to different stores then put me on "suspension" bc I didnt use my employee discount how ever theres more to it by the way BRITTANY will no longer be at this company an WILL expose WHATS going on all customers ARE being played they ONLY care about credit cards!!! HOPE the CEO contacts me!!! ooo an cant sue on FACTS!!!! AN customer reviews"

"Sarah who works at the front was super cheerful and very helpful. I came the other day and found the right shoe but needed a different size. She personally called and emailed other stores to make sure they had it and sent me a cheerful voicemail with the results. Later I came by again and she remembered me and asked if everything worked out ok! That goes above and beyond in customer service in my book. Thank you Sarah! You make me want to buy more shoes."

"The store was neatly organized in the feeling. The section for the type of shoe or boot you were looking for was easy to find. The shelves were low enough that you can see across most of the store. As my wife found a couple shoes she liked, the size was not available. They did offer to find them at a different location, but that does not help if you wanted to try it on now. In the end, she walked out with a pair of sneakers that she was happy with."

"Called (8) times, No a soul answers. Ended up taking the 20 min drive since I couldn't get a hold of anyone only to walk in to a person who said Hi, then turns around on her tablet and walks away. She was the only person working, never asked if I was looking for something particular or if I needed assistance. Turns out boots are not available in that store, so I wasted my time and fuel to drive in store. Has someone at the store answered the phone I could have saved myself the hassle. VERY poor customer service!"
