"The BFC (Berkshire Fishing Club) is a great catch and release fresh water fishing destination. We've been so pleased with our Corporate Membership. You can also rent boats daily as well. They will supply all the gear or you can bring your own. You don't need a Mass Fishing license to fish at the BFC another Bonus! You will see bald eagles beautiful forest and pristine lake. Alan, Eric and the staff are outstanding, just like the Large Mouth Bass!"
"This is a very pretty lake with great largemouth fishing, and a wonderful owner and employees. It's a fantastic place to take the kids and teach them freshwater fishing or enjoy yourself. The boats and equipment are all in good shape and suited nicely for lake. The clubhouse is comfortable and is a good place to hangout after a tough day hauling in hawgs. They also offer a decent supply of fishing tackle at reasonable prices. If you like to fish, or want to learn, the Berkshire Fishing Club is a great value."
"I took a bass fishing class from Eric yesterday. The experience was great. Before describing my experience, I have to say a few words about the Club. It has a cabin located on a private lake. There is a screened in patio where Eric gave me the class. The building also has a large deck overlooking the lake. There are docks and several small motor boats for fishing. It is a nice facility. It was a one on one class with two hours in class and two hours on the water. I'm a novice and Eric geared the class to my level. Although he is a competitive bass fisher, he never showed any negativity or impatience with my skill level. He did a great job of teaching the basics -- and going to the spots on the lake where the fish were. I would recommend the class to anyone wanting to learn how to fish for bass -- or improve their skills at bass fishing."
