"This company has an issue with customer service along with communication. My partner and I have been trying since the spring to figure out the issue with our pool, finally deciding to replace the liner when they could be of little help to find the hole we expected was in it. They then proceed to struggle getting back to us, let us know of updates and become agitated when we try and find out what is going on after weeks of silence. I can understand if they have an influx of customers but it would be appreciated if they communicated a little bit better. It’s unfortunate that they are the only pool place that is local."
