"I bought a pair of hiking boots here months ago, and had only used them a handful of times before the lacing d-rings popped out. At that point it had been more than a month and I lost my receipt, so I was hesitant to go back to the store. Today I decided to finally bring them in, and was pleasantly surprised that John exchanged them and gave me a new pair of hiking boots immediately! It ended up being a fluke with a defective pair.
