"Bought a used truck in July. It had an electric tonneau cover that they didn’t have the fob to. I agreed to switch out to a trifold under the impression that it would be a hard cover. Skip forward to the first week of October and they finally have the cover and the parts to fix my tailgate that won’t stay latched, I also had them look the the front air ride because the bags were not inflating. I waited for 3 hours to find out that they ordered the wrong parts but there was nothing wrong with the air suspension. The end of October I dropped my truck off again and the tailgate was fixed but they put a soft cover on my truck, I didn’t make a big deal of it because at least it was done. Now 2 weeks ago my air ride is doing the same thing. I drop it off and then get told there is a list of things wrong and it is going to cost be $5100. I’ve put 3000 miles on this truck and already have a huge bill to fix it after I was told there was nothing wrong the first time I brought it in. I will not be doing anymore business there and will pay someone else to do the work."
