"Went there to get my car inspected. The car passed inspection but it now smells like cigarettes and their is a wired noise when I turn the wheel and their was no noise before it was there. Sketchy people. I don’t recommend them."
"I contacted This&That because the bed on my pickup has a side rail that is in good shape but the factory welds just let go. Didn't rust through, just let go. The folk at This &That didn't try and upsell a new bed, very honestly appraised it and told me they could grind it down and weld it up. I like honesty and craftsmanship above everything when it comes to automobile issues."

"Stopped in there Dec 4th 2021 needed the bedrails replaced in my pickup cause I needed to get a sticker said he thought he could have it done by the first of the year. Here it's the last week of March and have heard nothing. If he didn't want to do it why didn't he just say so."
