"Where do I begin? My liner replacement was far from easy and Splash Pool Designs handled the situation amazing, from start to finish. Mike was friendly, more than helpful, and always there to answer any questions during the ordering process. Then came the actual replacement time..Mike and his crew are honestly the HARDEST workers I’ve seen in a LONG TIME. The amount of attention and detail that Mike and the crew put into their work is IMMACULATE and far beyond impressive. The knowledge, the steps taken, the patience shown, and the way particular situations were handled, especially ones that I would have never known the difference if not done, speaks VOLUMES. Actions speak way louder than words and this company, their actions, workers, and finished product speaks for itself! Mike and his crew and more than friendly, they answered any and all questions with a smile, even when I probably over-stressed. In fact, they could see the nervousness on my face when certain things would happen and they were all sure to reassure me that these things are routine and not to worry and never made any decisions without asking us first. We probably ran into every issue possible from my automatic timer system shutting off from still being set from last season and stopping the draining process at 3 am, to ground water rushing in, issues with the main drain, resurfacing, etc, this crew never lost their smile and good nature and completed the job in a timely manner, even with all the issues. Even after the job is complete, Mike has checked in to make sure everything is good and nothing else is needed. I will ONLY be using this company for our swimming pool needs from here on out and I highly recommend that you do, as well! Splash pool designs actually care about their customers and the quality of their work, and that is HUGE!! Thank you ALL for everything.
