"Always a lovely experience! The shakes are incredible - it tastes like I’m having a decadent milkshake for a meal but only 300 calories with high protein and added vitamins & nutrients! The staff is always so friendly and greets you warmly. I am here once or twice a week but I wish I could go everyday. The photo was my shake - blackberry oreo chip (which tastes like black raspberry ice cream mixed with chocolate chips and oreos) and my coffee was pumpkin white mocha (also has protein)!! Highly recommend!"

"2 Years and this place is going strong. What ever your nutritional drink need is they got it. Pre workout , post workout, personally I like the natural caffeine teas and in the summer time I get the Hydration one. Great staff and hometown small business ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

Not only are the shakes healthy but they’re delicious - the teas give me the energy to get through the day and these two woman are the friendliest, sweetest most hard working, caring people I’ve ever met !!
