Mark was courteous and knowledgable on the phone, helped me quickly organize a tow, and had my car fixed by the next afternoon (way ahead of the expected timeline) at a reasonable price. Mark at automotive everything was super busy, but took the time to help us out (we only had a few days left to stay at our campsite and a few other places along the way wouldn’t help us because they were too busy) he got it fixed in time for us to enjoy the last few days of our vacation and to be able to have our car to pack everything up.
