"Absolutely terrible company. I am all for small businesses! But never again will I go there. When a customer asks for you to come do a service call and tell them what is going on with your pool you do that…. You do not replace a pump without talking to the homeowners. It is absolutely ridiculous and not how you do business. Their policy states there will be a contract written up with both parties signatures. There was not only no contact with the billing but not even a phone call that my service call was done I came home to find a new pump and garbage on the ground from the service technician. And then after all of that they took my old pump off my property and threw it away! It has been such a hassle with Bennington pool and hearth. They also over charged me by 200 dollars! I will NEVER recommend them to anyone."

"In the past year I purchased a Lopi Gas Stove from this store. I never owned or operated a gas stove. Being new to this experience I needed to rely on the quality and servicing of it. From the beginning the store manager, Charlie, has been helpful and attentive to my questions and needs. The service technician, Brandon, is also excellent. "Purchased a pool package. Told it would be in on Thursday. I called store to check and call went to voice mail during business hours. Called Friday, and same thing. I went to store on Saturday and was told it would be in Monday. Called several times on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, same thing each time voice mail! Still have not received a response to my messages. May cancel purchase at this point."
