"Passing through on our way home from a road trip to MA-we were not aware of the outlets mask mandate as it is different in NY. My daughter and I split up because we only had 45 mins until closing (the stores close at 6:00 even though the website states 7:00) My 15 year old daughter peeked in to Famous Footwear to find me and was rudely met at the door by an older associate and informed they were closing soon and she couldn’t come in because she had no mask-my daughter politely explained she was just looking for her mom and the associate said it didn’t matter. I found my daughter outside the store in tears. I looked in the store and saw adult shoppers with no masks. We will never shop at this store again!"
