A customer that could do the job herself but recently injured my arm so I'm unable to do it myself and dont have to automatic tools required now, with said injury, to fix it. I've replaced break pads and routers on my last vehicle just fine without the injury. Its uncalled for and rude to laugh at someone inquiring about a job."
