"called asked for a quote for a car repair, they were rude on the phone and didn’t give me a straight answer. said they’d call back and never did. called other places for the same quote, which they gave to me immediately upon calling. a quote required no waiting anywhere else other than l&s. i got really upset and started crying the last time i was in there, because there was an unforeseen expensive repair that i couldn’t afford, so that could have something to do with it, but that was really sad for me. i didn’t feel like i was rude at all to them, just very sad about finances. they’ve also been rude on the phone to me before—maybe it’s just me they take issue with. seems like they’re good for others, but they’ve lost my business."

He was very professional honest and thorough. They said have the car dropped off and they'd squeeze it in for me. He really went through it checking it over for all problems. I was very happy for the price I was charged for the amount of work that was done. They finished the jobs faster than I expected getting me back on the road promptly. They earned my respect and all my future business."
