"Came in for a fit assessment and purchased the recommended shoes ($150 Hoka Cliftons). After 6mi in them the following week I was having pain and toe numbness. Called the store to see what their exchange policy was given that I'd run in them twice, and was advised they had an agreement with the retailer to resell slightly used shoes, and that I should stop back in the next time he was working. I showed up at that day and time, and the staff on duty advised this was NOT the policy and I was out of luck. Disappointed to have wasted the money, and the trip back to the store. Next time I'll shop at the running outfitter in Northampton with a more reasonable policy."
