"I LOVE the Portland Mr. Bagel. The staff is friendly and usually remembers regulars. That kind of service always makes me smile. The food is quick, delicious, and hot. And in the middle of Portland, you can’t ask for better."
"I ordered an onion bagel and can honestly say that my bagel was completely tasteless. I would not recommend getting a bagel with cream cheese here as there is not much flavor. Maybe stick to a breakfast sandwich."
"One of the best lox bagels I’ve ever had. I got lox, tomatoes, and capers on a garlic bagel and it was just fantastic. Super crispy bagel with plenty of cream cheese and toppings. The employees were super nice as well."
"Lox, cream cheese, tomatoes, onions and capers all piled on an awesome Super Bagel. Coffee, juices, and a myriad of sandwiches are offered. Fast, friendly service. 10/10 will eat again."
"TIPS: on a Friday morning when the local breakfast restaurants have a 40 minute this is a go to PROS: No wait, 3 options for coffee, good organic coffee, fast service, plenty of seating CONS: No everything bagel, average bagel breakfast sandwich After finding out Bayside American Cafe and Hot Suppa both had 40 minute wait we decided to walk to Mister Bagel. The atmosphere is perfect for a bagel shop, however they were playing hip hop music pretty loud on a Friday morning. I was disappointed they didn’t have an everything bagel, so I went with sesame instead. We ended up ordering sausage, egg, and Swiss cheese on a sesame bagel with two coffees. The sandwich bagel was pretty average and the bagel was rather small. Nothing special about it. However, I really like their Wicked Joe regular coffee. I tried the Wicked Joe dark roast and it was too bold for me. My stomach is content and I did not have to wait 40 minutes."
