"Lots of different things can be found in this store. It's fun to poke around and see new items to buy. The only real problem is there is only one parking spot available for this store, otherwise you have to find a parking spot somewhere on the main street."
"Just dropped in to purchase a pipe, but there was a misunderstanding so I had to go back for an exchange. The young man that works there is so nice and extremely helpful. He helped me pick out exactly the right thing! I highly recommend this store."
"I stop at this store every afternoon on my way home from work , sometimes twice. The people are great that work there. Best variety of all the convenience stores. And if there is something I like that they don’t have, they have always gone out of their way to stock it for me."
"Young guy with beard very rude, talking on phone during transaction, threw items across counter. No "thank you" nothing. I like this store but this guy needs to work on his customer service skills"
"Stopped to shop and a worker (store cashier or owner’s son) stopped next to me to fix candy. The owner seen me pick up camphor and asked me: “you know what that is for?” He seemed shocked that I knew it was utilized for Indian Puja (amongst other uses). His son tried to clean it up by telling me that someone ordered the camphor and if I knew what it was, yeah ok. I asked him if he always asked customers if they knew the products that they were buying. Next, the owner / cashier seemed irritated when I didn’t understand what he said due to his strong accent, I told him that I could put back the product that I was going to purchase and didn’t have to buy from his store. He then calmed down and told me it was ok. Take an ethics class and learn how to treat customers. Nice first impression to a new customer, thanks!"
