"My sons car developed a serious issue, and had to be left at a friends house in town(we live 45 min away). I called wards the following morning, and a very friendly fellow said he could arrange a tow, and he'd likely get it in that day, or the next at the latest. It was repaired on the next, and they found two other small issues and fixed them as well. All was done in good order, and at a very reasonable cost. I'm extremely pleased that there are still reputable, and honest straight-shooting shops around. :)"
