"The guy asked for our ID, wich is the right thing, but one of us didn’t have it, instead of telling us that he wouldn’t sale it, he said “it’s okay” and turned off the lights and didn’t say anything else, my first time and I hate the service! So bad, omg I’m never coming back!!! Very bad service."

"Lady sits with my id for 5 minutes like she’s never seen one before. Then tells me she can’t make the sale. My ID is only a few months old and I use it everywhere else."

"Came here on my birthday in July, gave my ID to the the lady, she sat with it for what felt like 10 minutes asking me to confirm my birthday, started laughing, and gave me a hard time. I bought my stuff and left. Came back a week later and encountered a similar problem. Held my ID for longer than necessary and now she refuses to let me buy (same lady). She raised her voice at my sister when she asked if they had a certain brand of wine and didn’t even know what they had in stock. Went to several other liquor stores and they were leagues better in just about every aspect. Very dissatisfied and disappointed that this was my first two experiences buying liquor."

"I can't even tell you how many times I've arrived here 10 minutes before they were supposed to close and found that they were already closed. They've even shut off the lights and locked up as I was walking to the door. Another time I was made to take a breathalyzer because my eyes were red. I explained to the guy that I don't drink and only go there to buy beer for my husband and that the reason my eyes were red was because my contacts were irritating my eyes, but I still had to do the breathalyzer prior to receiving service. Not a fan of this place and the only reason I ever patronize this business is due to them being open later than all other local liquor stores."
