"I’ve had many strange experiences at the Biddeford Wendy’s and some are horrible and some are just ok. They’ve got my order wrong at least 7 times in a single year of me going. Plus sometimes the employees take 25 minutes to even take your order. It’s gotten worse over time. Hire better people."
"Ordered a biggie bag with a double stack and a separate jr. bacon cheeseburger. Instead of receiving my order I got 2 plain single burgers. Burger patties were horrible quality, they were literally crumbling in the wrapper. Like at least throw some ketchup on them. The drive through people were really nice though. "Typical revampted Wendy's restaurant, clean and well laid out. Service sucked but that's typical for the new restaurants with order kiosk, the employees will steer clear of the front counter just hoping you will order from the kiosk so they don't have to interact with the customer, this is typical of all the stores. Food was good as per typical."
