"My fiancé and I have been trying to register our truck for the past month have not received the proper documentation that the DMV needs. We’ve contacted our sales representative Paul numerous of times explaining to him that this needs to solve this ASAP we’ve already gotten pulled over by the police. We’ve contacted the sales manager Cliff told him what’s going on he said “let me speak to the billing department I’ll call you back in 5 minutes.” Never called us back instead I called an hour later and got no response left a voicemail still have NOT gotten a call back. This is unacceptable and unprofessional I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. They lack communication and sympathy."
