"Pulled in for a quick cup at 5p and was informed that they don't serve dark roast after 11a? Starbucks is a waste of space without dark roast. I won't be back to this poorly run location."

"Got there, theirs a sign out front reading, no food cause of being closed for a week, alright… then we get in and order a iced chai simple enough, in return we get a “we’re outta chai” not a “so sorry but we’re outta chai” just “we’re outta chai” then the employee just kinda stares at you like we shoudlve known. Just interesting how if you’re closed for a week… just stay closed till you have stuff that you need to be open…?"

"The ambiance here is consistently clean and organized, but during our visits, we've noticed some issues with the loud music. It makes it a bit tough to conduct a meeting or even chat on the phone. Could someone gently remind the lovely ladies at the cash register that this is a cozy coffee shop and not quite a lively nightclub? That would be wonderful, thank you!"

"I'm from out of town ( toronro Canada) just passing through town. I went into this location for the first time. I ordered a cold brew . The staff was amazing. Very friendly and absolutely fantastic customer service. 5 stars all around."

"I have been to 4 different Starbucks locations as I'm new to Starbucks. The one in Target in Auburn, ME was horrible customer service and charged me over a dollar more to have Almond milk in my coffee and did not provide a sleeve for my hot coffee... it was needed as it was 90° outside! The one in the Portland Mall (my 1st ever Starbucks order) messed up my order!). The one in Brunswick is great. But this location is my absolute favorite! I have stopped 4 or 5 times now on my way home from Aquaboggin. Each time through the driveway and they batista were so nice! My 1st ti.e there (but 2nd time getting a starbucks) the woman was so sweet when she asked how my spledinds I wanted and I said whatever you normally put in (I was not asked at my 1st ever trip) she stated that they did not have a typical amount she was so sweet and was very accommodating when I asked for 4 and 1 to spare just in case. Each time there I have gotten a different person and each time they have been very professional but also so friendly! I was never made to feel like a burden while figuring out what my typical Starbucks order would be. They never look stressed and my coffee always tastes the same regardless of who makes it! I always know I am going to have exceptional service and that my coffee will always taste the same! I'll be sad when summer is over and I won't be able to go there again until next summer as I live an hour and a half away!"
