Dunkin'

"It’s very frustrating when a business advertises to open at a specific time but doesn’t. I have gone here twice at 4:30/4:45 (they advertise opening at 4:30) because I work at 5am and this is the closest Dunkin’ however both times I sit in the drive thru and no one answers, despite 2-3 employees standing around in the kitchen. I’ve decided to just make the trip over to the location on Main St in South Portland because they’re more consistent."

"The most useless employees ever. They’ve been open for an hour and just let you sit in the drive-through and don’t say anything. Then you drive up to the window and see them leaning on the counter on their cell phone. Idc if you don’t wanna work but don’t let me just sit there. Duncan just needs to close every store. They have in South Portland and Portland."

"Totally stinks being open on a holiday, I get it! Open until 3pm on thanksgiving, so I go to grab my husband a coffee since he works a 14 hour day. $20 cash tip ready because it's a thing I do for food service on hilidays. 220 when I pull up. They serve the person in front of me. I wait and ask several times if they're Open with no response. I go to the front thinking maybe they've set the headset down. Go back around sit for 10 minutes asking if they're still open and can they let me know. They finally respond with a rude no. I explain that they're listed as being open until 3 and the response is, yeah well we're closing now. I tell them I was in line before for 15 minutes hoping to get coffee for my husband on his long ahift. No response except an incredibly rude BYYE. Truly, don't work in customer service if you are this way. If it had been 258 you'd have every right to that mindset. This? I'm thankful I won't have to interact with or encounter this person for anything else"

"I’m not usually one to bash places or leave terrible reviews, but this place is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. 8:40am until 9:25AM is what time I spent dealing with this place from the time of my original order in the drive thru, getting to work to find out it was completely wrong, to returning in the dining room just to find out they didn’t prep any eggs so I had to settle for a whole different item. This place is probably better off just closing down. Stop hiring people who clearly are abusing drugs might be a good starting point for giving people better service."

"They took over 20 minutes to get my order & food. I get to the window both my drinks were not full. They handed me the wrong food at first which wasn’t a big deal then they “fixed” my order & handed me back a bagel with absolutely no cream cheese. They smeared the thinnest amount ever. Absolutely ridiculous & wasted 30 minutes I could’ve taken to drive to a different location & gotten better service. I’ve also tried to call the store 10+ times since I’ve left & their phones is “busy”"
