"I’m from out of state, visiting family and stopped here to pick up some wine for dinner. They asked for my ID (I’m a graying middle aged man, but ok) and when they saw my out of state license, they exchanged a grin, refused my purchase, then said “we can only sell alcohol to MA residents.” After reading other reviews, I’m now not surprised. When I told this story to the family I was visiting (they live a half mile away), they were embarrassed by the actions of their local establishment, swearing never to return as well."

"I have been going to this establishment for years. They have excellent sandwiches. I was not gonna leave this review, but I have to. The last two times I was their the customer service is horrible. The register people are slow the lines take to long. I am the patron paying money. The owner was rude when she said can you get the purchase closer to $10 as that is their minimum charge for credit. The bill was $8 and some change. This establishment is not what is use to be. The owner made a smart remark to me. I walked out. They need some lessons on etiquette. As a business owner that thrives on great reviews, and customer relations I was shocked. Very disappointed in the owner, and employees. Unacceptable."

"Old fashioned country store. Like a convenience store on steroids. Any of the home made foods like muffins and sandwiches are absolutely fantastic. Full liquor store and of course gasoline. Service with a smile from people who care. Places like this make living in this area special."
