"DO NOT shop here or order here. They advertise prices on Uber/DoorDash and then increase them once the order is placed. They don't ask for authorization, the just take more money than what you agreed to pay. On the phone, they're rude, mean and never admit fault. Awful store, with terrible employees run but awful people. Stay away. Update: Uber told me that they're in charge of the prices. Either way, it's their responsibility. When I called, no refund was offered. Just rudeness."

"My experience with Sullivan Square Liquors was terrible. They advertised one delivery price on Uber, but when my order arrived, they charged me a higher price without my consent. They didn't even bother to inform me beforehand. I felt deceived and taken advantage of. It's disappointing to see a business engage in such deceptive practices. Customers have the right to know the exact amount they'll be charged before placing an order. I can no longer trust Sullivan Square Liquors after this experience, and I'll be taking my business elsewhere."

"Had my daughter get me a bag of ice and when she came home said they have a floor model freezer filled with ice out of the bags they sell from Artic ice, Hand you an opened ice bag you fill yourself then charge you $3.00 for a bag with 3lbs of ice. Isn't this unsanitary? I find it disgusting! I am returning the bag of ice with my daughter in the morning, went to another store when she returned 2 minutes later , I was so mad I would have been rude about it. This is unacceptable and will be making a complaint on this store."
