"I have been doing a horrible job on my taxes the last few years as they became more complex and paid the price for it. I am not sure why I didn't know about this firm before but I imagine they have a loyal customer base and do not need to advertise. I just recently had my 2021 taxes done. They make it very easy to get the documentation to them with online portal to securely upload and when I showed up I was pleasantly surprised that 95% of the work was complete and the only reason it wasn't 100% was because I had missed a few important documents. Excellent customer service. Jodi was my first point of contact and coordinated everything to ensure that I understood the process and what was required of me and was excellent. Irina was my Tax Preparer and i was thoroughly impressed with Irina's knowledge and she does an excellent job of trying to explain the filing and makes suggestions to make the future years much easier.
