"The last three times I have gone here I have asked for my bagel to be lightly toasted and I got it completely uncooked. I will be going to the Aroma Joe's up the street from now on."

"Staff is pretty nice and I appreciate their late hours. Food is average for dunkin. Interior could be updated, but all dunkin are kind of outdated."

"Very poor customer service. Waited in the drive through line for minutes and I didn't hear a peek through the intercom so I pulled up to the window thinking the intercom wasn't working. Just to get to the window to wait again for someone to come to the window and have someone say no the intercom is working we are short staffed. You'll have to pulled around again and wait at the intercom. It is 6am I am clearly on my way to work I don't have time to pull around again and wait! Or maybe I'd have a little more patience if when I first pulled up to the intercom someone had said -please hold we will be right with you- instead or being greeted by silence."

"This had to be one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. There were 8 people behind the front desk, walking around and doing nothing and I was just waiting on line having issues with the self check out. I asked for help MULTIPLE times and was getting frustrated, but no one helped me. And I know for a fact they saw me having issues and ignored my calls for help. I wish I can give this place -5 stars. Dunkin-you need to retrain or fire these people. You have lost a customer."
