"Scheduled an appointment over the phone for 5 pm and somehow my name was never put in and someone else got it. Scheduled another one for the next week at the same time and nobody showed up. I've wasted too much time here waiting for appointments that have apparently been made."

"Was okay didn't really understand why I couldn't of been told how much the filing a state tax was before it all. Also don't like you trying to sell me something and saying there's a discount but can't tell me till it's almost over. But otherwise was fine happy to of for my taxes done but not sure of why I made so little"

I didn’t have all my documents with me so I needed to log in to other accounts . He was very patient and has great customer service skills. I would highly recommend him to my friends. I feel confident in how my taxes were prepared and I will be coming back next year !! I give him 5 stars"

"How do you expect people to use your service when no one is there. I have arrived at your Hooksett Walmart location several times and have called even more times. No one is ever there. This is ridiculous. There is no sign advising me or others that want to use this service when the representative will be there or the best time to call. There is a number to call but it connects to a phone that no one answers. I guess I will be using a different service."
