"Leaked my information To an unstable employee. And on it Honestly you're better off going to Jackson Hewitt Or Liberty Mutual up the street. Staff there do a horrible job. They're more concerned with getting the appointment over with than doing their job. Not to mention every time I go someplace else I get about the same return. About a 1000 bucks. Every time I go there they have an excuse someone they're handing me a bill. And they do little to nothing to assist you or to help you find right offs or even submit right off. Do yourself a favor go someplace out so you'll get a better tax return"

"HR Block charges $500 to do 5 standard forms and doesn't tell you the cost until AFTER they complete your taxes. They do not honor coupon codes, even when you bring them in PRIOR to your appointment and they acknowledge the coupon is still good. Because they didn't file until 2 days later, the coupon no longer applies. A $25 credit couldn't even be offered on a $500 fee because of their mistake in not finalizing your taxes prior the expiry date. Do yourself a favor, do your own taxes for less than $150 online OR hire a real tax accountant who doesn't work for a rip-off chain and spend less than $300. HR Block, you have lost a 10 year customer over $25 and hiding your fees until after completing taxes. Bye!"

"My preparer is a total pro and explains everything in my own language. His attention to detail is impeccable. He is very aware of the regulations and any changes to taxes from the previous year. He is fast and courteous. The whole process is very easy and worth the price."

"Everything went well. But I simple misunderstanding about a credit of approx $49 which I could have declined and waited 2 less weeks or accepted but wait approx another 2 weeks. I made I clear I didn't want to wait 2 weeks for $49 as I was getti g over a $1000 and needed the money sooner than later for financial help to help with Bill's.
