"Walked in, as I approached the counter, 1 of the 2 servers at the counter who I assume was supposed to be the greeter and take your order, was staring out into space and not even acknowledging me, the customer. I had to initiate the start of the interaction between server/ cashier (if that's what she considers herself) and ask a question that I had. Finally the second server/ employee (who was standing in the background sticking on her ringpop) wants to participate and they both answer my question without even looking into it and maybe even asking a manager. As I was waiting for my order, I decided to look up my question and as expected, got the answer I was looking for. Showed miss ring pop, and got the response of, I "don't think" we do that here.... Maybe look into a question if you're not sure on the answer... And to those wondering, happy meal toys CAN be bought separately..."
"I stop here once in a while when I'm passing through in my big rig. There are a few spots for busses, campers, and big rigs.. It's clean people seem nice, their food is usually hot and good. Sometimes, the fries aren't so hot but definitely haven't gotten cold fries. And there shake machine works every time I want a chocolate shake with whipped cream.. Unlike other mc Donald's I go to just for a chocolate shake, and the machines are usually not working."
"Squish mellows are available on December 26th. They show in the display and are part of the choice when you order a happy meal. But policy is to not hand out new toys until the old ones are gone. Which is like saying policy is to bait and switch. Its not like i came in for any other reason then The advertised squish mellows for my kid. Called the complaint line and let my name and number hopefully the GM takes this seriously."
"Always convenient to pop in for a quick whatever... Today was a large vanilla iced coffee for 99 cents! Normally $1.79, but it was one of their daily deals on their app."
"AVOID THIS MCDONALD'S!!! THERES A WENDYS AND A BURGER KING LESS THAN A HALF MILE IN EITHER DIRECTION!!! Even if you don't like Burger King or Wendy's, you'll still be happier than this particular McDonald's. Drive thru a before lunch, one other car ahead of me to order, two more in line for their food, took about 25 minutes to get my food. Finally got my food, and it was dead cold. Not just "under the heat lamps cold" or "room temperature" cold, but cold like it came out of a refrigerator. The fries were not much better; outside was "warm" like a heat lamp, but inside, and only the top bit of the cup, were like warm. A bit stale, and cold. As soon as I got my bag, I checked to make sure the order was right, and felt that the burgers were dead cold. I said, not impolitely, "these are dead cold... But I can't wait another twenty minutes, I have to go." The lady whined (I'm not trying to be rude, it was honestly the most pitiful whine I've heard from a manager to a customer) "they just came off the grill!" But I didn't have time to wait for "fresh" food. Buns tasted stale like they'd been left out for a few hours, and were cold like a refrigerator, same with the cheese. The Dr. Pepper was fine. The only thing in my order that was SUPPOSED to be cold! Legitimately, now that Wendy's are plentiful around here, I gotta stop going to any McDonald's. The quality is totally gone and the prices are higher than Wendy's. Even chicken nuggets are just plain gross now. I've been living or working in the area of this McDonald's for almost twenty years, off and on. Every six months to a year I'll forget how bad this location is, stop in, and the wait immediately reminds me, but by that point I'm committed, and hopeful that they've worked themselves out, but am left embarrassed every time. #wendy_was_right"
